Part of my order is missing / my order is incomplete - what should I do?Updated an hour ago
If something's missing from your order, let us know as soon as you can and we'll put it right. First, please check:
• your dispatch email, in case items were sent separately; and
• the packaging carefully — smaller items like SIM tools and cables can be tucked inside.
If something's still missing, contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected] with your order number and details of what hasn't arrived. We'll investigate with our fulfilment team and either get the missing item out to you or arrange a refund.
