My device has developed a fault — how do I make a warranty claim?Updated 2 hours ago
All our phones come with a 12-month warranty covering functional faults (extendable to 24 months). If something stops working as it should — for example the battery, charging port, speakers, cameras or screen — here's how to claim:
1. Go to our return portal and select the faulty device.
2. Describe the fault and add a photo or short video if you can — this helps our engineers diagnose it faster.
3. Submit your request; once approved we'll send you a free prepaid label.
4. Send the device back and our engineers will inspect it, then repair, replace or refund it.
Most claims are processed within a few working days of the device arriving with us. Please back up and remove your data and any SIM/memory card before sending it. Accidental and liquid damage, loss and theft aren't covered by the warranty.
