We're really sorry if your device arrived with a problem. Every phone goes through our 70-point TechCheck, but very occasionally something slips through.
If your device is faulty on arrival or develops a fault soon after, you're covered — either under your 30-day returns window for a full refund or exchange, or under your 12-month warranty for a repair or replacement. The quickest route is our return portal: select your order, tell us what's wrong and add a photo or video, and we'll send you a free prepaid label.
