How do I report a claim?Updated 23 days ago

In the event of a claim, contact the police within 48 hours if your device is lost or stolen and obtain a crime reference number. Notify your network provider within 24 hours to block your device. Then, contact Pier Insurance’s claims hotline at 0844 815 1010 or email [email protected]
