How can I return a product under warranty?Updated 2 hours ago

If your device develops a fault within its 12-month warranty period, you can start a warranty return through our return portal.

1. Go to our return portal (reboxed.returnscenter.com).
2. Select the order and the faulty device.
3. Tell us what's wrong — a short description plus a photo or video of the issue really helps us diagnose it faster.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request.

Once approved we'll email you a prepaid label so you can send the device back free of charge.

Our engineers will inspect it and repair or replace the device. If you're not sure whether your issue is covered, or you have trouble with the portal, contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected]
