All of our ‘Fair’,‘Great’ and ‘Premium’ devices comes with a minimum battery life of 80% and 90% for all of our ‘Like New’ devices.

However, all of our devices undergo a 70 point TechCheck process which ensures that all of your tech goodies are in tip-top condition before you receive them. You can find more information about our 70 point TechCheck process here.

We also recommend following the below steps to help preserve your devices battery life.

1. Always keep the software always up to date and avoid extreme temperatures

2.  Remove the cover before charging

3. If storing the device for a long time, leave it half charged
