Do you offer finance?Updated 8 days ago
We sure do! We’ve partnered with Klarna to give you flexible ways to pay for your next device. At checkout, you can choose from the following 0% interest options:
Pay in 3: Split your purchase into three equal monthly instalments. This option is always 0% interest.
Pay in 12 months: For orders over £250, you can spread the cost over 12 months, also at 0% interest.
How to pay with Klarna
If you’d like to pay for your order using Klarna, please follow these steps:
Create an account on our website.
Fill your basket with your Reboxed tech goodies.
Head to the checkout page and enter your debit/credit card information.
Choose the payment option that best fits your needs, such as "Pay in 3" or one of the longer-term plans.
After your order is confirmed, Klarna will charge your card for the first instalment and send you a notification once the payment has been processed. For the remaining payments, Klarna will automatically charge your card every 30 days, and you will be informed ahead of time.
Please note that Klarna makes the final credit decision at checkout. They may run a soft or hard credit check to determine your eligibility, and not all customers will be approved.
You may also see longer payment plans offered (e.g., 24 or 36 months). These plans usually include APR (interest charges) and are not part of Reboxed’s 0% interest finance offer.
To learn more, please see Klarna’s customer terms and conditions.
Why isn’t Klarna showing up at checkout?
There are a few common reasons why Klarna finance options may not appear at checkout:
Basket value: The "Pay in 12 months" option is only available on baskets over £250.
Eligibility: Klarna decides who qualifies for their payment plans based on their own credit and eligibility checks.
Payment mix: Klarna’s system may not show all options if your basket doesn't meet their specific thresholds.
If Klarna doesn’t appear as an option, you can still complete your purchase using any of our other available payment methods.
For more details on eligibility and payments, you can check Klarna’s FAQ for customers.
