Do you offer device warranty?Updated 2 hours ago

All Reboxed phones come with a 12-month warranty as standard. You get the first 6 months automatically, and a further 6 months when you register your warranty here (reboxed.co/pages/register-guarantee). You can also extend your cover up to 24 months.

The warranty covers functional defects or failure — for example a fault with the battery, charging port, speakers, cameras or screen that isn't caused by accidental damage. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, loss or theft; those are covered by our ReCare insurance instead.
