Why have I received a regrade?Updated 8 months ago

When you create a trade in order, you will receive an initial quote based upon the condition of the device that you selected. 

Once your device has been received and tested by our engineers, if it doesn’t meet the condition of the device that you selected, we’ll send you a new quote via email, and explain the reason for the change in price. If you’re not happy, you can reject the quote and we’ll send your phone back to you within 7 working days.
