What happens if I send the wrong device?Updated 2 months ago

If you send us the wrong device, we will cancel your original order and create a new order for your correct device. This will generate a new order number and a new quote which we’ll share with you via email.

You can then go ahead and accept the offer, or reject it and we’ll send your phone back to you within 7 days, no charge. Should this happen, we will provide you with your tracking number via email.
