What do I need to do before I send you my device?Updated 8 months ago
Once you’ve received your confirmation email for your trade in order, please ensure that you follow these steps:
Remove all PIN codes and password
Remove iCloud, find my iPhone
Remove Google and Android accounts
Remove personal data (pictures, contacts, emails etc)
Remove the SIM card and memory cards
Charge and switch off your device before packing it up
Put your device only (no chargers or cables) into the rehoming bag, with the order slip and seal it up tight. You can write it on a piece of paper if you don’t have access to a printer
Stick the postage label firmly onto the rehoming bag
Drop it off at your local post office
Keep your receipt with your 13 digit tracking number until you’ve heard from us
If you need help unlocking your phone, this can be done in a few different ways. The easiest one is by contacting your network provider and asking them to unlock it for you. Another way to do it is by purchasing an unlock code or visiting a phone repair shop.
Please ensure that you don’t include your accessories with your phone including the sim card. This will be destroyed upon receipt of your device so we won’t be able to return it back to you.
