It depends on what you need:
• Return — changed your mind or it's not right? Return it within 30 days for a full refund.
• Exchange — want a different device instead? We'll refund you in store credit so you can choose another.
• Warranty claim — functional fault within 12 months (e.g. battery, charging, screen)? We'll repair or replace the device.
• ReCare insurance claim — accidental damage, liquid damage, loss or theft? Not covered by the warranty.
