How do I trade in my device?Updated 2 months ago

We’re thrilled that you want to rehome your device with Reboxed. This will get us closer to our mission of rehoming 100 million devices by 2030 to tackle the ever growing e-waste problem 🌏

In order to trade in your device, please follow these steps:

  1. Head to

  2. Search your device or click the brand to see all the phone models

  3. Select your phone and it’s correct model GB size

  4. Answer the 4 questions as accurately as possible. Check the examples next to each description of each condition for a guide 

  5. Once all questions are answered, select “get my quote”

  6. Once you’ve clicked on “get quote”, you'll see your quote. 

  7. If your happy, click “accept deal” 

  8. Enter your personal details: name, address and phone number and click ‘continue’

  9. Once you’ve entered in your person details, you’ll be prompted to select your send option, ‘request sales pack or ‘send it yourself’ and click ‘continue’

  10.  Once you’ve proceeded to the next page, you'll see the order summary, your quote, any charges and a chance to enter a promo code. Enter any codes and select ‘accept’

  11. Choose how you want to get paid - bank transfer or Paypal then click ‘continue’

  12. Enter your account details, for Paypal, it’s your email address and for bank, its your bank details. Then click ‘submit’

  13. You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details and next steps

BOOM! You’re done. You’ve just joined the fight against e-waste and given your phone another chance at a better life. 

Sit back and relax, your prepaid pack will be sent to you within 3-5 working days from the date of your trade in order. If you don’t receive your prepaid pack within 3 to 5 working days, please get in touch with our Customer Experience team here.
