Removing your account is quick and easy. You can do it either directly from your device or from the manufacturer website.

TO REMOVE ICLOUD:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Click your Apple ID / name at the top of the screen.

3. Scroll down and tap Sign Out.

4. Enter your Apple ID password to turn off Find My iPhone.

5. Choose which data to keep on the device (contacts, calendars, etc.).

6. Tap Sign Out again to confirm.

TO REMOVE ON ANDROID  (Samsung & Google) 

1. Open Settings, click on Password & accounts (or Accounts on some models). 
2. Under Accounts, select the Google or Samsung account you want to remove. 
3. Click Remove Account.
4. Confirm by clicking Remove Account again. 
5. Enter your phone PIN, pattern or password if prompted. 

It's really important to remember to remove your  account from your device before sending it to us, or we won't be able to process your order and it'll take you longer to get your money.
