Do you offer exchanges?Updated 2 months ago

Yes we do! If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll refund you in store credit and provide you with your E-Gift card code via email. Once you've received your code - head over to our website here to purchase your new device.

If you’d like for us to send you another device, please include this in the ‘reason for return’ box and we’ll ensure that a replacement device is posted to you.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, so if we don’t have your device in stock, we'll refund the full order value to the original payment method used.
